Review draft

Original Buzzr copy prepared for design review. This is not an adopted agreement or policy. Operator, contacts and applicable legal details are pending.

01. About these terms

Buzzr is being designed as a social platform for discovering and trading memecoins. These proposed terms describe how access, transactions and community participation would work. The legal entity providing the service, its address and the effective date must be added before this draft is adopted.

Read these terms together with the Privacy policy and Risk disclosure. A feature shown in a prototype does not promise that a feature, asset or service is available in your location.

02. Who can use Buzzr

The proposed service is for adults with legal capacity to enter an agreement. Check whether using the service and trading the assets offered is permitted where you live. Do not use someone else’s identity or conceal your location to bypass an access restriction.

Country restrictions, screening requirements and any additional eligibility checks must be specified in the final terms and shown during registration.

03. Your account and wallet

Keep your sign-in methods, recovery material and devices secure. Review connected accounts and permissions carefully. Never send a private key or recovery phrase to another user, a public feed or someone claiming to provide support.

Wallet access and recovery depend on the wallet arrangement actually offered. Buzzr’s final terms must identify that arrangement and the relevant provider. Closing an account does not reverse an on-chain transfer.

04. Placing a trade

Before confirming, check the token, network, amount, destination, estimated output and total charges. A quote is an estimate until the applicable execution process is complete. Price movement, liquidity and network conditions can change the result.

An order may remain pending, fail or complete after the interface has changed. Avoid submitting the same instruction repeatedly while its status is unclear. An on-chain transaction may be irreversible once processed.

05. Fees and balances

The trade confirmation should distinguish platform charges from network costs and other applicable charges. Review the amount shown before approving. The final fee schedule and treatment of failed transactions remain to be confirmed.

Portfolio values and available balances may refresh at different times. Dashboard estimates do not guarantee that an entire position can be sold for the displayed value.

06. Social information and rankings

Profiles, rankings, trade activity and user-written theses help you discover perspectives. They do not establish that a trader is qualified, a claim is verified or a future trade will be profitable.

Someone you follow may trade earlier, hold different positions, receive incentives or change their view without updating a post. Make your own assessment of each trade. A follow, reaction or popular ranking is not an instruction to buy.

07. Posting and community conduct

Only post material you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, expose private information, harass people, distribute malicious links or present fabricated results as real. Disclose material interests when discussing an asset you own or are paid to promote.

The final community policy must explain reporting, content review and any appeals process. Restrictions and content removal should follow that published policy and applicable law.

08. Invitations and rewards

If a referral programme is available, its current rules should identify who qualifies, how rewards are calculated, when they become available and what can invalidate them. Promotional illustrations do not guarantee a reward.

Do not manufacture referrals, send misleading invitations or coordinate transactions solely to manipulate a reward or ranking. Changes to an active programme must be communicated through its published rules.

09. Acceptable use and external services

Do not interfere with other users, attempt unauthorised access, exploit security weaknesses or use the service to deceive others. Do not manipulate market activity or evade restrictions through additional accounts.

Wallets, blockchains and external websites can operate independently of Buzzr. Review the service you are interacting with before granting access or moving assets. A link, token listing or social mention does not verify the safety of its destination.

10. Changes and account closure

The final terms must describe how material service changes are communicated, how account restrictions are handled and what support is available for unresolved transactions.

Before closing an account, review pending activity and your access to any assets. Deleting a profile does not transfer assets or erase public blockchain records.

11. Brand and user material

Do not use Buzzr’s brand, interface or original artwork to imply an affiliation or endorsement without permission. Ownership of material you submit should remain with you; the final agreement must define the limited permissions needed to display and operate social features.

The procedure for intellectual-property complaints and the recipient for notices will be supplied before launch.

12. Responsibility and disputes

Memecoin trading can result in a total loss. No interface, ranking or social feature removes that risk. Read the Risk disclosure before deciding whether to participate.

This draft does not set a liability cap, choose a court or require arbitration. Those provisions depend on the operator, jurisdictions served and applicable consumer protections. They must be reviewed before users are asked to accept these terms.

13. Contact and final adoption

The operator’s legal name, registered address, support contact, complaints route, governing law and effective date are pending. No placeholder address should be used to send a legal notice.

A final version should show its effective date, identify material updates and explain how users are notified. Until adoption, this remains a design and review draft.
